1.1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" refers to the coebet website accessible at coebet.app and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or transacts with the coebet platform. "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on coebet. "Wallet" refers to the BDT balance held within a coebet Account. "Bet" refers to any sports wager, casino game stake, or other wagering transaction placed through the platform. "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which coebet Accounts are maintained.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence. All official communications between coebet and its Users — including account notifications, support correspondence, and promotional announcements — are conducted in English.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing coebet.app in any capacity, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location; (d) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; and (e) you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein, including any future amendments published on this page.

1.4 Amendments to Terms

coebet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Users. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Material changes to Terms that significantly affect User rights will be announced via a platform notification or support email where reasonably practicable.

1.5 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. coebet does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using coebet is lawful in your location before registering or placing any bets. coebet does not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register a coebet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from coebet or had a coebet Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. coebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or during any subsequent account review. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold one active coebet Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. coebet employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and bonus balances will be forfeited. coebet reserves the right to retain any balance in duplicate accounts pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your coebet Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. coebet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify coebet support at [email protected] immediately. coebet will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to safeguard their credentials appropriately.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

coebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh-approved payment channels:

• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500; maximum single transaction ৳200,000
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳500; maximum single transaction ৳150,000
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳500; maximum single transaction ৳100,000
• Bank Transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳5,000; maximum single transaction ৳500,000

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the coebet Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–4 banking hours on working days. coebet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which coebet accepts no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification status. Processing timeframes are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 10–30 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. coebet does not charge withdrawal fees for fully KYC-verified accounts. A single pending withdrawal request must be fully processed before a second withdrawal request is submitted.

3.4 Currency

All coebet Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is performed on the platform. Any transaction costs associated with currency conversion that may be imposed by a third-party payment provider are entirely the User's responsibility.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

coebet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the use of the platform for any financially illicit purpose. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as the verified coebet Account. coebet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial misconduct.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted by coebet only upon the display of a confirmed bet reference number within the User's account bet history. Bets that are not confirmed within the system — regardless of funds having been deducted from the Wallet — are not valid and the stake will be returned. coebet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. The platform minimum bet is ৳200 per selection across sports betting and live casino products. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and User account status. coebet may apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns indicate professional or systematic wagering activity. These limits are communicated via account notification.

4.3 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on coebet are subject to change up until the commencement of an event or the closure of a market. The odds at which a bet is confirmed — as displayed in the bet confirmation screen — are the odds that apply to that bet regardless of subsequent market movements. coebet publishes cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other global tournaments. Market availability and depth may vary by event and season.

4.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket and sports events. In-play odds update in real time based on live match data. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, coebet reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without notice — including during active play — where data integrity cannot be maintained. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

4.5 Voided Bets and Abandoned Events

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Wallet in the following circumstances: the relevant event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or cancelled before completion; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; official result data cannot be confirmed from recognised governing bodies within 72 hours of the scheduled end of the event. coebet uses official data from recognised sports governing bodies including the ICC (International Cricket Council) and FIFA for settlement purposes.

4.6 Palpable Errors

coebet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a palpable error — defined as an obvious and manifest pricing mistake that a reasonable User would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placement (for example, a cricket match offered at 100/1 due to a data feed error). Bets accepted under palpable error conditions will be voided regardless of whether they have already been settled, and any winnings paid out in error will be recovered from the User's Wallet balance.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and incentives offered by coebet are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply to that promotion only. These general Terms continue to govern all other aspects of the User's account and activity.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a coebet Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stipulated period will expire automatically without notice and will not be reinstated.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as available to existing Users, welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new Users registering their first coebet Account only. coebet reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns that exploit promotion mechanics without genuine recreational intent, or collaborating with other Users to exploit bonus conditions.

5.4 Cashback and Reload Offers

Periodic cashback promotions and reload deposit bonuses may be offered to active coebet Users during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other promotional periods. Eligibility for these offers is assessed on a per-promotion basis. coebet's decision on bonus eligibility is final. Cashback amounts are calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and credited to the Wallet within 48 hours of the promotion's close.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the coebet platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one coebet Account for any purpose.
• Using false, stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit activity.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without coebet's express written permission.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any activity that constitutes sports corruption.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after placing bets with the relevant funds.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Upon detection of any prohibited activity, coebet reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant Account(s); void all open and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity; withhold or recover any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with the breach; share relevant User data with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other affected parties where legally required or permitted. coebet's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding subject to the internal dispute resolution process described below.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request the closure of your coebet Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, all open bets will be settled in accordance with their respective market rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method via the standard withdrawal process. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Following Account closure, coebet will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Closure by coebet

coebet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a User has breached these Terms or any promotion-specific terms; (b) coebet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or financial misconduct; (c) a User's betting patterns are determined to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its markets; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) coebet ceases to operate the platform. Where an Account is closed by coebet for reasons not related to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned within 10 business days.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

coebet offers a voluntary self-exclusion programme for Users who feel that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm. Self-exclusion requests can be made via the responsible gaming section of Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinite are available. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account is deactivated and no bets, deposits, or casino play are permitted. 8.1 Platform Availability

coebet strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or network issues beyond coebet's control may cause temporary unavailability. coebet accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities or in-play bet disruptions — arising from platform downtime, regardless of cause.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Live casino and slot games available on coebet are provided by independent third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. coebet acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the outcome of any game round, which is determined entirely by the provider's certified random number generation systems. 8.3 Maximum Liability

8.5 Responsible Gaming Acknowledgement
